Refund policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) to us in unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging within 30 days from date of purchase and we shall refund your original purchase value of the returned item(s). If your order qualified for free shipping, this will be deducted from any refunded amount.
We highly recommend any returns be sent with adequate content value cover in case the parcel goes missing or becomes damaged on its way back to us. We cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged parcels during their return.
Should you receive your parcel with damaged, missing or incorrect goods, we ask that you contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. We may need to ask for photographic evidence from you so that we may submit a claim against the courier. We will offer a replacement item or, if unavailable, an alternative, or refund. If the error was ours, we will refund the return postage costs.
