SHIPPING

  • How soon will my order be posted?

We aim to post all orders within 1 working day. During exceptionally busy times, which is often in the late Autumn & pre Christmas period, there could be a slight delay, but we will keep you informed if this is the case. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, you will receive an email notification updating you on this. 

  • Is shopping with us secure?

Absolutely! One of the reasons we chose Shopify as our online sales platform is because all the Security Protocols are in place automatically, with nothing left to chance. You can pay with your Debit/Credit card securely either via Shopify or PayPal. 

  • Can I add to an order already placed?

If you inadvertently forget to add an item or two to your order, phoning us as soon as possible during office hours will enable us to raise suspend your order going to the packing process. An additional order can then be raised for the items you wish to add. Unfortunately, if we've already packed your original order, we won't be able to add more items to it.

  • Can book binding fabric be cut to a different size than shown

If we have enough quantity on the roll of fabric, then yes we can. Please get in touch with the size that you are wishing to purchase so we may check our stock levels and give you a price

  • Do you sell samples of bookcloth?
We are happy to provide small samples free of charge. We do however ask that you cover the postage cost of 75p if these are not being added to an existing order that has yet to be posted.
