We aim to get orders packed on the day of purchase Mon-Fri, ready for collection by Royal Mail the following morning. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be collected the following Monday (or Tues if it's a Bank Holiday weekend).

Express orders are sent using Royal Mail Track24 service, and we offer a Priority packing and shipping service to customers that choose this postal upgrade. We endeavour to prepare Express orders received after 4pm by the following morning, to be collected by Royal Mail at 10am, This is not always possible, particularly during our busiest period between Sept & Dec.

All customers will be sent shipping confirmation (plus Tracking details if applicable) once orders has been prepared for collection, so please keep an eye out for our email updates.
